EXPERIENTIAL THERAPY AND SYSTEMIC APPROACH

As a therapist, I work in an experiential and systemic manner—we are always part of our environment and can add better alternatives to our patterns through new experiences. The key is the humanistic view of humanity: every person is unique, valuable, and perfect just as they are. Through self-actualization, personal growth, and taking responsibility, they have the ability to cultivate authentic relationships and lead a fulfilling life. Therapeutic support helps in unlocking access to one's own resources and potential.

Unlike purely talk-based therapy forms, experiential therapy focuses on the direct experience of emotions, bodily sensations and interpersonal processes during sessions.

Curiosity, respect, acceptance, transparency, and equality are important to me. I view experiences as a holistic process that includes mind, body, and soul. Only through this interplay can we reveal and transform deeply rooted wounds in the present moment.

I use an experiential approach and systemic techniques to support this process. While cognitive understanding is often the first step, true change unfolds when we fully feel and acknowledge our emotions in the present moment.

Depending on your individual needs, I use various methods to guide you on your path toward personal growth and inner transformation.

ABOUT ME

Already during my school years, I had a desire to study psychology. However, life initially led me in a different direction—into the film industry. This decision allowed me to travel the world and work with people from diverse cultures, social backgrounds, and hierarchical levels. During this time, I gained valuable experience in managing conflicts that arise when different perspectives and backgrounds intersect. As a producer, my role was to harmonize all these perspectives and bring them into alignment.

With this expertise, I co-founded and led two internationally successful companies in the advertising and film industry over the past ten years.

In 2016, I became a mother and began to delve more deeply into my own story and the patterns that have shaped me. This exploration led me back to my original interest in psychology.

I decided to start a four-year training program as an experiential couples and family therapist at the German-Danish Institute for Family Therapy (DDIF). This training, which I am now expanding with further studies in systemic therapy, has fundamentally changed my way of thinking.

For a long time, I believed that people were trapped in their behavioral patterns and that it is almost impossible to change. However, through the DDIF’s experiential approach, I learned that change is possible. I experienced firsthand how therapeutic work can break through destructive behavioral patterns, overcome separations and enable connections. I have internalized that today, unlike in childhood, I have a choice.

In my work, I place great value on openness, appreciation, and respect. I provide an unbiased space—it's never about judgment or condemnation, but about allowing everything to be as it is.
