Counseling for Individuals, Couples,
Parents and Families, Business Coaching

Whether in a romantic relationship, family, at work, or on your personal journey—our experiences, patterns, and role models shape how we see the world and form our expectations. Everything we feel, think, and do is based on experiences made by us or our ancestors. These imprints run deep, not only in our consciousness but also within our bodies.
Many of our behavioral patterns originate from early childhood experiences and are anchored in the older parts of our brain. This makes them difficult to recognize and change consciously. However, we are not at the mercy of these patterns—our brains can change and create new connections at any time.

To initiate these changes, we first must recognize our patterns and belief systems and then find the courage to confront what we may have suppressed. New experiences can enrich old imprints with better alternatives and bring sustainable changes to our feelings, thoughts, and behaviors.
Change takes time and is rarely a linear process—just like learning to walk comes with stumbling.

My work involves supporting you with empathy and direction throughout this process.

I look forward to welcoming you to my practice for couples therapy, family therapy, and coaching in Berlin Mitte. I am also happy to support you within the framework of individual therapy.

ABOUT ME

Already during my school years, I had a desire to study psychology. However, life initially led me in a different direction—into the film industry. This decision allowed me to travel the world and work with people from diverse cultures, social backgrounds, and hierarchical levels. During this time, I gained valuable experience in managing conflicts that arise when different perspectives and backgrounds intersect. As a producer, my role was to harmonize all these perspectives and bring them into alignment.

With this expertise, I co-founded and led two internationally successful companies in the advertising and film industry over the past ten years.

In 2016, I became a mother and began to delve more deeply into my own story and the patterns that have shaped me. This exploration led me back to my original interest in psychology.

I decided to start a four-year training program as an experiential couples and family therapist at the German-Danish Institute for Family Therapy (DDIF). This training, which I am now expanding with further studies in systemic therapy, has fundamentally changed my way of thinking.

For a long time, I believed that people were trapped in their behavioral patterns and that it is almost impossible to change. However, through the DDIF’s experiential approach, I learned that change is possible. I experienced firsthand how therapeutic work can break through destructive behavioral patterns, overcome separations and enable connections. I have internalized that today, unlike in childhood, I have a choice.

In my work, I place great value on openness, appreciation, and respect. I provide an unbiased space—it's never about judgment or condemnation, but about allowing everything to be as it is.
