COACHING AND PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

In my business coaching, I support individuals from diverse professional contexts in recognizing their behavioral patterns, improving communication skills, and strengthening their decision-making, conflict management, and leadership abilities. My coaching builds a bridge between my extensive experience in the business world and my therapeutic training. I use my own experiences to address and resolve crises and conflicts with the help of systemic methods.

My coaching is aimed at:

Individuals in the workplace who wish to improve their interpersonal relationships with colleagues or team members and seek support in managing conflicts or engaging in self-reflection.

Leaders and employees who want to develop their communication and decision-making skills to act more confidently and effectively in their daily work.

Leaders who want to foster transparent and respectful communication, particularly in the transition to modern, egalitarian, and agile organizational structures.

Conflict resolution for leadership teams, helping to resolve tensions and disagreements constructively, creating a better atmosphere within the management level. By focusing on targeted conflict resolution, leaders can resume working collaboratively and productively to drive the company forward.

ABOUT ME

Already during my school years, I had a desire to study psychology. However, life initially led me in a different direction—into the film industry. This decision allowed me to travel the world and work with people from diverse cultures, social backgrounds, and hierarchical levels. During this time, I gained valuable experience in managing conflicts that arise when different perspectives and backgrounds intersect. As a producer, my role was to harmonize all these perspectives and bring them into alignment.

With this expertise, I co-founded and led two internationally successful companies in the advertising and film industry over the past ten years.

In 2016, I became a mother and began to delve more deeply into my own story and the patterns that have shaped me. This exploration led me back to my original interest in psychology.

I decided to start a four-year training program as an experiential couples and family therapist at the German-Danish Institute for Family Therapy (DDIF). This training, which I am now expanding with further studies in systemic therapy, has fundamentally changed my way of thinking.

For a long time, I believed that people were trapped in their behavioral patterns and that it is almost impossible to change. However, through the DDIF’s experiential approach, I learned that change is possible. I experienced firsthand how therapeutic work can break through destructive behavioral patterns, overcome separations and enable connections. I have internalized that today, unlike in childhood, I have a choice.

In my work, I place great value on openness, appreciation, and respect. I provide an unbiased space—it's never about judgment or condemnation, but about allowing everything to be as it is.
